We start with where you want to be and the real gap between there and here. Depending on what surfaces, we spend the session on whichever matters most: sharpening your story for a conversation you have coming up, or mapping a directional plan you can act on with or without further coaching. You leave with clarity on the actual gap and a concrete next step, not a list of things to reflect on later. If it turns out there's a specific high-stakes conversation to prepare for or a longer runway to build, this is where the/SHIFT or the Positioning Sprint can pick up.

This is a single 45-minute session to be used within 60 days of purchase.
