Three 45-minute sessions built around one goal: walk away with a positioning statement you can actually use, a clear read on where to spend your credibility, and a rehearsed opening for the conversation that's in front of you right now. Session 1: We build your positioning statement together, the specific answer to what you bring that others in this seat don't, the problem it solves, and the impact it creates. Session 2: We map your 5-7 key stakeholders and decide where you say yes and where you don't, so your time and effort actually prove your positioning instead of diluting it. Session 3: We rehearse the real high-stakes conversation you have coming up, live, with direct feedback, until it's ready. Built for leaders who are new to a role, mid-transition, or about to be. If you want to keep practicing this under real pressure with other leaders after the sprint, this is where the/SHIFT picks up.

This is a 3-session package to be completed within 90 days of purchase. What you're committing to: Full attendance at all three sessions (live, online) Bringing a real, current situation to work on Between-session reflection and follow-through on what surfaces Important: Pricing is fixed for the full package. Sessions do not roll over, cannot be banked, and cannot be used after the 90-day window. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session will result in that session being marked as consumed and non-refundable. No-shows are treated the same way. This is 1:1 coaching. What's discussed stays confidential. Sessions are scheduled directly via the Leland platform, based on mutual availability. This package provides positioning strategy and rehearsal coaching. Outcomes depend on your own implementation; no specific promotion, role, or business result is guaranteed.
