About Anna
I'm a finance graduate from Brigham Young University with a deep interest in problem-solving, mentorship, and career development. I began my career in consulting at Bain & Company, where I worked for two years in the Dallas office, serving clients across the sports, tech, and private equity sectors. I’ve now transitioned into private equity, where I continue building on my analytical and strategic foundation as an associate at KSV Global. Prior to Bain, I gained diverse internship experience across private equity, tech, and SaaS, developing a strong analytical toolkit and a hands-on understanding of business dynamics. Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking, skiing (Alta loyalist), climbing, hiking, or planning my next travel adventure.
Why do I coach?
Breaking into consulting isn’t easy - especially without a built-in network or insider knowledge. When I started, I didn’t know anyone in the industry. I relied heavily on the generosity of mentors and peers who guided me through every step of the process, from resume reviews to case prep to final interviews. Their support made a real difference in helping me land my dream job. I coach because I know what it feels like to be on the outside looking in. I want to pay forward the support I received and help others approach this process with clarity, confidence, and structure. I’ve helped candidates from diverse majors and schools land top-tier offers by tailoring their stories, building their casing skills, and keeping them motivated through the highs and lows of recruiting.
