I have 15 years of experience in many tech companies, from tiny San Francisco startups to management roles at Meta and LinkedIn. Why do I coach?
There's a unique sense of accomplishment in watching professionals grow and become happier at work. Career coaching is very rewarding, and it's something I genuinely enjoy doing.
