Book flexible, hourly coaching sessions on an ad hoc basis to sharpen your skills through expert mentoring on fundamental areas of product management such as: Competitive Analysis Market Research and VOC (Voice of Customer) Market Opportunity Assessment Business Case and NPV (Net Present Value) Analysis Minimum Viable Product (MVP) andTarget Product Profile (TPP) Definition New Product Launch Planning Product Claims Matrix Product Messaging & Positioning Product Pricing Strategy Product Portfolio Management Product Launch Performance Metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Product Lifecycle Management We will also cover topic such as cross-functional team leadership and collaboration, effective communication, presentation skills and executive presence. In this 3-session sprint, we will roll up our sleeves and dive into your real-world product management deliverables to enhance your skills and achieve your goals!
