About
When I transitioned from the military to business school, I felt like I was starting from zero - everyone seemed to speak a language I hadn’t learned yet. I explored investment banking to understand the business world but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit. I then joined a fast-moving startup, where I built a strong reputation for taking ownership and driving strategy, and later spent a summer in consulting with BCG, where I truly enjoyed solving complex problems alongside exceptional teams. Service has always been at the core of who I am — whether leading soldiers, supporting founders, or guiding peers through career transitions. That journey — through trial, learning, and growth — is why I coach: to help others navigate uncertainty, find their fit, and tell their story with authenticity and confidence.

I was a summer consultant at BCG during my Wharton internship. I secured a full-time role. • Planned and directed an AI transformation pilot projected to reduce $60 million in sales costs, serving as project manager and applying engineering expertise to design scalable solutions, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment • Developed and implemented a comprehensive baseline analysis and success measurement framework, applying quantitative rigor and leadership to validate feasibility, guide executive-level client decisions, and position the pilot for long-term adoption and scale • Balanced a demanding summer internship with continued work at a defense-tech startup, demonstrating strong time management, commitment, and cross-sector impact • Coached 13 MBA students on case preparation and resume development, helping each secure interviews and offers across consulting and defense tech roles
