I spent this summer as a Summer Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in New York, and I'm returning full-time as an analyst in July 2027. On the desk this summer, I worked on three live transactions alongside my team, built materials, and sat in on calls with clients and counterparties. That gave me a clear view of what the analyst job actually looks like day-to-day, which is exactly what interviewers want to hear you understand. I also just went through IB recruiting myself, so my advice reflects how the process works right now, not how it worked five years ago. I can help with every piece of it: building a resume that gets past the first screen, networking in a way that turns into referrals instead of dead-end coffee chats, preparing for technicals, and telling a behavioral story that holds up in a superday. I especially enjoy working with students from non-target schools, since I know firsthand how to break in without a built-in pipeline. My goal is to help you walk into every interview knowing exactly what you'll be asked and how to answer it well.
