I spent more than 16 years in global markets at a major international bank, most recently as a Managing Director running a risk solutions business. My specialism is interest rate, cross-currency, inflation, FX hedging for corporate and institutional clients. I have sat on the other side of the table. I interviewed and hired the people who joined my team, so I know what sales and trading interviewers are really testing. It is rarely the textbook answer. It is how you think about a market move, how you explain a product to a client, and how you hold up under pressure. I will take you through realistic mock interviews, drill the technical and markets questions for the desk you are targeting, and give you direct written feedback after every session.
