The goal of this session is to find out exactly where you stand on all eight elements of the case — framework design, brainstorming, case math, exhibit interpretation, market sizing, case leadership, the final recommendation, and communication — and to leave you with a plan you can actually run. Ninety minutes, split three ways. First 45 minutes — a full mock case, using a real case from a live McKinsey, Bain, or BCG interview. I run it as the interviewer, not as a coach: same pacing, same pressure, same silences. You case it like it counts. That's the only way to get a clean read. Next 30 minutes — your assessment. I go element by element and tell you where you're strong, where you're losing points, and, more usefully, why. Not "your framework was weak," but the specific habit producing the weak framework. Final 15 minutes — the plan. An honest estimate of how much prep you need between now and your interview date, which elements deserve most of that time, and whether you need a coach at all to get there. Sometimes the answer is no, and I'll say so. Afterward you get a written breakdown so you know exactly what to work on, plus drills targeting the elements you're weakest in.
