I support professionals and internationally minded individuals who want to improve their confidence and communication in French. As a native French speaker with 15+ years of international experience across Google, Salesforce and multicultural environments, I understand both the linguistic and cultural challenges that come with communicating across languages and systems. Having lived and worked across Paris, London, Dublin and Singapore, I developed a strong interest in how language shapes confidence, credibility, identity and professional presence in international environments. Today, I help clients strengthen their spoken and written French, develop greater fluency and confidence, and communicate more naturally in professional, academic or cross-cultural contexts. I can support clients in both English and French. Before coaching, I spent 15+ years in international leadership roles at Google and Salesforce, leading teams and strategic initiatives across Europe, Asia and the US. My work involved operating across cultures, managing high-stakes communication, and helping individuals and organisations perform effectively in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. Having lived and worked across Paris, London, Dublin and Singapore, I developed a deep interest in how professionals navigate communication, confidence and leadership across different cultures and environments. Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen how much professional success and personal confidence are shaped by communication, perspective and environment — especially in international and high-pressure contexts. Throughout my career at Google, Salesforce and other fast-moving international organisations, I worked with talented people navigating leadership pressure, career acceleration, cross-cultural dynamics and periods of significant change. On paper, many were highly successful, yet behind the scenes they were often questioning themselves, struggling to communicate with confidence, or trying to navigate increasingly complex expectations and environments. Having lived and worked internationally for over a decade, I also experienced firsthand the challenges that come with growth, reinvention and operating across different cultures and systems. Coaching matters to me because it creates space for clearer thinking, greater self-awareness and more intentional action. I enjoy helping people better understand how they communicate, how they are perceived, and how they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and alignment. What motivates me most is supporting ambitious, internationally minded professionals as they navigate complexity, strengthen their communication and leadership presence, and define success in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
