About

Hi, I'm Anoma. I provide two services: Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Spiritual Direction. Pain Reprocessing Therapy: If you suffer from chronic pain, are burned out, or feel disconnected from your body, I'm here to help. I'm certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a system of techniques that often relieves chronic pain when other interventions have failed. Backed by clinical research, this modality retrains the brain's pain response when it comes to chronic symptoms. If alongside chronic pain, you've been feeling burned out, we'll work together to rebuild a sustainable relationship with your own energy and limits, including helping you learn to trust your body's signals once again. But coming home to your body is only part of the journey. Just as often, what needs tending isn't physical — it's the deeper question of how to live. Spiritual Direction: If you're craving the opportunity to think through life's big questions, your career, or other next steps from a philosophical or spiritual perspective, you're in the right place. I provide spiritual care that is open-minded and philosophical, yet still grounded in the practicalities of your day-to-day. Whether you identify with a specific faith, are spiritual-but-not-religious, or even consider yourself atheist, I'll meet you where you are. We might start by defining your "personal theology," the philosophies and practices that guide your life. We'll unpack your current struggles in light of these philosophies, and through reflective conversation and contemplation, illuminate answers to the big questions and problems you have. ----------- About me: When I was younger, under my successful exterior, I lived with persistent anxiety and physical pain. I chased external markers of success, often ignoring my inner voice and pushing past personal limits. Through healing my relationship with myself, and I’ve discovered a more sustainable way to pursue meaningful life goals and career success -- rooted in self-attunement, intentional reflection, and courageous action. This personal transformation now informs how I help people achieve their personal and professional ambitions in ways that are effective, authentic, and aligned with their deepest spiritual or philosophical values. I started my career in international peacebuilding and countering polarization initiatives through both the public and private sectors. I have 20 years' personal study and practice in the world's mystic traditions, have interned as a hospital chaplain, and am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I have my MBA/MIP from Stanford and a BA in Religious Studies. I'd love to hear what you're going through. Schedule a free consultation today.

Why do I coach?

When I was seven, I created a business card. My title: "Helper." I coach because I know what it's like to feel lost and disconnected -- and what it's like to find purpose and move forward with a plan. Having had the privilege of attending elite institutions and overcoming physical and mental burnout, I yearn to give back. I love to create spaces in which people can truly feel seen, are empowered to do their inner work, and move towards both excellence and wellbeing. I would not be where I am today without the work of mentors who created such spaces for me.
