Annie Hines

Hi! I’m Annie—originally from Seattle, Washington, and now living in Chicago. I’m a Boston College graduate (Go Eagles!), a former Deloitte consultant, and a current MBA student at Northwestern Kellogg. Before Kellogg, I spent five years at Deloitte Consulting helping organizations work through complex business challenges. That experience taught me how to bring structure to an ambiguous problem, ask thoughtful questions, and communicate a clear recommendation—skills I help clients build for consulting interviews and apply to telling their own stories. Having navigated undergraduate admissions, MBA applications, and consulting recruiting myself, I know how overwhelming these processes can feel—and how valuable it is to have someone in your corner. My coaching combines practical guidance, candid feedback, and encouragement, whether we’re shaping your application story, practicing behavioral answers, or working through a case interview. My goal is to help you communicate what makes you stand out, approach each step with confidence, and make the process feel more manageable!
