About
I'm an HBS alum (Class of 2018) and spent several years at McKinsey before moving into healthcare operations, where I now lead population health at a venture-backed startup. I've hired a lot of people along the way and spent a lot of time in rooms where MBA applications get discussed. I went to UW-Madison, not a target school, and figured out the HBS, Kellogg, Tuck, and Fuqua application. That background makes me more useful to people whose story doesn't fit the standard mold — career changers, healthcare folks, anyone who isn't sure how to frame what they've done into something that lands. I give direct feedback and will tell you when something isn't working. That's the point.

Anna’s MBA Qualifications
Anna has helped clients get into these schools:
I was admitted to HBS, Kellogg, Tuck, and Fuqua (4-for-4) without a typical feeder background. I came from a Big Ten school and corporate healthcare, so I had to be strategic about how I told my story. Now I help high performers from corporate, healthcare, and other non-traditional backgrounds do the same. We’ll focus on positioning: finding the angle that makes your experience stand out, building essays around it, and preparing you to tell that story with confidence in interviews. Professional credentials HBS (MBA) McKinsey & Company (Engagement Manager) Healthcare product and operations leadership (Galileo, Truveta, TurningPoint) Book an intro call and bring your resume. I’ll tell you where your story is strongest and what’s missing.

Why do I coach?
I coach because the MBA process is more opaque than it needs to be, and most people don't have someone in their corner who will actually be honest with them. I got real feedback from a few people when I was applying and it made a difference. I want to be that for someone else.
