Andy Anders

I earned my MD from Yale and have deep experience with highly selective medical school admissions and interviews. I’ve interviewed at programs including Harvard, Stanford, Yale, UCSF, Penn, Cornell, Brown, WashU, and UChicago, and have worked closely with admissions leaders at several medical schools. I’ve coached dozens of students on application strategy, personal statements, school selection, and interview preparation, including applicants who went on to attend top medical schools. My broader background spans medicine, research, consulting, and global health, with experience at BCG, the Gates Foundation, Harvard, Brown, MGH, NASA, and Baylor College of Medicine. I also work with pre-med students, medical students, and physicians considering careers outside traditional clinical medicine.
