Andrew Quillen

I work with founders when the decisions in front of them are consequential: what to build, where AI actually creates an advantage, how to architect the product, when to build versus buy, how to position against a changing market, and how to lead the company through the transition. My perspective comes from operating inside the companies that helped define the last decade of technology. I was at OpenAI during the GPT-2 and GPT-3 era, later led AI product experience at Spotify at global scale, advised Coinbase, and began my career building infrastructure at Stripe. Today, through AndMaverick, I advise founders and AI companies across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Gulf on product architecture, AI strategy, commercialization, positioning, and executive decision making. My founder work has included a sovereign AI company selected to build its country's first large language model and later valued at more than $1B; an enterprise AI company serving 150+ institutional customers; a frontier voice AI company that scaled to hundreds of thousands of developers before acquisition; and an enterprise agent company that grew fivefold in under twelve months. I am not here to give founders generic frameworks. I am useful when there is a real decision on the table and getting it right matters.
