My background includes investment banking in Merrill Lynch’s Consumer and Leveraged Finance groups, institutional investing at Standard General and Claar Advisors, and public-company board service. Standard General’s acquisition and consolidation work in media and gaming gave me a perspective on evaluating businesses, capital structures and acquisition-led growth. I began my own acquisition search in 2015 and submitted letters of intent on three companies, giving me firsthand experience with the decisions and uncertainty searchers face. Today, I am a licensed investment banker affiliated with GT Securities, whose platform has supported more than $50 billion in aggregate transaction value. I am also a CFA charterholder, West Point graduate, Columbia MBA and founder of Victory Vision.
