You can start chatting with Adam before you get started.

Adam Angeloff is a strength and conditioning coach and baseball coach based in Miami, Florida, with a career built at the intersection of elite athletic performance and hands-on player development. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Physiology from the University of Miami and a B.S. in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources from George Mason University, along with his CSCS certification. His coaching journey started on the baseball field — developing hitters and building game strategy as a Player Development Coach and Head JV Baseball Coach — before growing into collegiate strength and conditioning, where he has worked with NCAA Division I football and Olympic sports programs at the University of Miami, including a season on the coaching staff during a National Championship run. Outside of collegiate athletics, Adam is the founder of Mind2Matter Performance, a private coaching practice where he has guided clients through goals ranging from bodybuilding competition prep to a multi-peak mountaineering trek across Mongolia's Altai range. Whatever the setting, Adam's approach is rooted in the same belief: that disciplined, individualized training — grounded in real science — is what turns potential into performance.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I remember feeling lost and confused in my journey to be the best I could be. I started coaching to help my clients and athletes find their path and guide them to success. Whether I'm breaking down a hitter's mechanics, building a strength program for a Division I football team, or helping a client push through a mountain trek they weren't sure they could finish, the work is the same at its core: helping people find out what they're actually capable of. Baseball taught me how to teach — how to break a skill down, build it back up, and stay patient through the process. Strength and conditioning taught me the science behind performance, but it also reinforced something I already believed from coaching: that discipline and consistency matter more than talent alone. I coach because I want to be part of the moment an athlete realizes they're stronger, faster, or more capable than they thought — and because I know that moment can shape how they see themselves long after they leave the field or the weight room.
