I’m Zul. I’ve built startups, gone through competitive admissions processes, and now work in Capital One’s Management Rotation Program across product, strategy, and operations. I’m also a deferred MBA admit to Harvard Business School. I didn’t take a straight path to any of this. I had to figure out how to navigate admissions and recruiting without a clear playbook, and how to explain my experiences when they didn’t fit neatly into a box.
