Test Anxiety Expert | GMAT 770 | Perfect Verbal
I'm an American based in Berlin, Germany, where I've been living since 2015, following 3 years in Paris. My coaching practice enables motivated people to break through to their best performance, and ultimately achieve their goals. I do this through test prep coaching, admissions consulting, and mindset development programs. Since I started coaching candidates for the GMAT, GRE, and SAT in 2013, I've helped hundreds of motivated people achieve their goal test scores and present compelling applications to the world's top universities and business schools. My former students have gone on to INSEAD, London Business School, Oxford, Stanford, Cornell, HEC Paris, Sciences Po, and so many more. I have admissions committee experience as a member of the Alumni Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It was eye-opening to see how masters and MBA candidates presented themselves ... and how some otherwise talented individuals could miss the boat when telling their own stories. This experience informs my admissions coaching today. My GMAT expertise is world class: I know the test inside and out, thanks to tens of thousands of hours working one-on-one with candidates like you to solve the toughest problems. For years, I've attended insider meetings with the psychometricians who oversee the exam, giving me priceless insight into the scoring algorithm and best candidate strategies. I lived in the United States for 32 years; there, I worked in the management of arts and cultural institutions, and I later led a regional economic development agency. I was fortunate to start my career with four years at The Walt Disney Company in Florida, before working in public/private partnerships following my MBA. When I moved to France, I found that my decision-making lens was deeply foreign to the performing arts organizations there. While I went on to do graduate research in theatre and translate a book (Rodin and the Dance of Shiva, if you're curious), I ended up finding my new home in education. I've taught at smaller business schools in Paris and Berlin, but most enjoy working one-on-one or in small groups with GMAT and SAT candidates.
