Go From Idea to Working MVP with Claude

This coaching package is designed to take you past a quick demo and into a real MVP. By the end, you'll know how to scope it, structure it, and build something you can actually put in front of a user, a teammate, or an investor. I spent years at Bain and as a Director at Deloitte, where an idea either survived contact with a real user or it didn't — no amount of polish in the pitch changed that. I now build almost everything in Claude Code, including the platform my own prep business runs on. This package brings that same discipline to your MVP: scope it tightly, build it live, and test it against something real before you spend months on it.
