Media Ready is a personalised coaching session for founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders looking to strengthen their public profile and prepare for media, speaking and on-camera opportunities. With over 20 years in television casting and talent, including The Apprentice UK, Big Brother and Gordon Ramsay's The F Word, I understand what makes someone compelling on screen, how to identify a strong story and what producers and interviewers look for. I'm a senior casting and talent executive, media strategist and founder with over 20 years' experience in British television and entertainment. My credits include The Apprentice UK, Big Brother, Glow Up and BAFTA-nominated The Rap Game UK. I've spent my career discovering, interviewing and working with talent, developing a deep understanding of what broadcasters, producers and casting teams look for both on camera. I help founders, professionals, creatives and aspiring television talent prepare for media interviews, broadcast opportunities, screen tests, podcasts and on-camera appearances. From shaping your story and communicating key messages to navigating difficult questions and understanding the casting process, my coaching provides practical, personalised guidance informed by real industry experience.
