Everything from a blank resume to the offer. Eight hours across the whole recruiting cycle, used in whatever order you need them. All six: Resume (async). Send it over and I rewrite it, then send it back with notes on what changed and why. Nothing to schedule. Networking (60 min). Your actual conversations. Who you're talking to, who you should be, how the last one went, and what to send next. Career strategy (60 min). Groups, banks, timeline, and what you do in the next 30 days. Story (90 min). Tell me about yourself, why banking, why this group. Market cluster (2 calls). I research a deal and a sector trend between the calls, then we rehearse both. Mock interview (90 min). 45 minutes live, 30 minutes of rapid-fire technicals on whatever broke, 15 minutes of scorecard. We schedule them as you need them. Most people start three to four months before their target cycle. Book the free 15-minute intro first. If you don't need all eight hours, we'll work out which sessions actually fit.

What's included

8h of coaching$325/hr · Live Sessions$2,600
Total$2,600

Send me your resume whenever you're ready and I turn it around async. For the calls, send your materials beforehand. I read them first, so the hour is spent fixing things. After every session you get notes and the homework for the next one.

  • A resume a banker will read to the bottom
  • Your story, your deal, and your trend, written and rehearsed
  • Outreach in your own words and a plan for who to talk to next
  • A scorecard after the mock showing exactly where you stand

I started in civil engineering, spent four years at Deloitte on cloud strategy, went to UChicago for an MBA and a master's in computer science, and recruited into investment banking. Along the way I worked on technology for the Olympic Games and built my own company, a prep platform for banking candidates that I still run. None of those moves were obvious from the outside. Each one took the same work: figuring out what the bar actually was, then getting specific about how to clear it. That is what I do with clients. I coach investment banking recruiting, and breaking into tech and AI. If you are switching tracks, I have made that switch more than once.
