What's included

9h of coaching$166.25/hr · Live Sessions$1,496.25
Total$1,496.25

Our coaching combines focused live sessions with practical support between meetings. We’ll begin by clarifying your goals, assessing where you are in the individual-contributor-to-manager transition, and identifying the situations that matter most right now. During live sessions, we’ll work through real challenges—such as positioning yourself for a management role, establishing credibility, delegating, managing former peers, giving feedback, or preparing for a difficult conversation. I’ll help you evaluate your options, make sound decisions, and develop specific language and actions you can use. Between sessions, you can send updates, questions, reflections, or workplace scenarios through asynchronous messaging. I can help you prepare for an upcoming conversation, review how something went, provide feedback on your approach, and keep you moving forward without waiting for our next meeting. You’ll receive clear next steps, practical tools, and focused assignments tailored to your role and workplace. The combination of live coaching and between-session support allows us to apply what you are learning to real situations as they happen—not just talk about management in the abstract.

I began my career as an electrical engineer because I loved solving difficult problems. Over time, I discovered that the hardest—and most interesting—problems usually involve people, organizations, and turning promising ideas into successful products and businesses. My career has taken me from engineering into product management, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership. I have built startups, led teams inside global companies, launched products around the world, and experienced both the excitement of successful growth and the difficult lessons that come when things do not go as planned. Those experiences taught me that careers rarely follow a straight line—and that some of our most important growth happens when we are uncertain about what comes next. Today, I divide my time among coaching and mentoring leaders, advising businesses, teaching, and building an independent publishing company. I remain a builder at heart. My approach is practical, candid, and encouraging. I listen carefully, ask questions that help people see their situation differently, and then work with them to turn that clarity into decisions and concrete action.
