I’m a product marketing leader who came to coaching the long way around. I’ve spent 15+ years inside large organizations and fast-moving tech companies, leading teams, navigating reorgs, sitting in executive rooms, and being on the other side of the interview table more times than I can count. I know how these systems work because I’ve lived inside them. I also know what it’s like to rebuild from the ground up. I failed out of college, started over later in life, carried imposter syndrome for years, and learned—slowly—how to build a career that actually fits who I am.
