Here's how we'll work together to create an essay that captures your unique story and aspirations: Kickoff & Planning Session: We'll begin with a deep dive into your background, experiences, and goals. This session will help us identify the key themes and narratives that will resonate with the admissions committee. Story Development: I'll guide you in uncovering the most impactful stories from your personal and professional life. We'll focus on what sets you apart and how to frame these experiences in a way that aligns with your MBA aspirations. Drafting & Editing: Whether you're starting from scratch or refining an existing draft, I'll provide detailed feedback (at least 2 hours of asynchronous review) and editing to ensure your essay is clear, cohesive, and compelling. We'll work through 1-2 rounds of edits to polish your narrative and ensure every word earns its place. Strategic Positioning: Together, we'll ensure your essays not only tell your story but also aligns with the values and expectations of your target school. I'll help you articulate your motivations for pursuing an MBA and how it fits into your long-term career goals. Throughout the process, I'm here to support you as a strategic partner, offering insights and feedback to help you present the best version of yourself. I’m a Stanford MBA graduate, strategy and operations leader, and the daughter of Mexican immigrants who instilled in me the belief that education can change the trajectory of a life. My career has taken me from companies like Accenture and Google to venture-backed startups, where I’ve worked on building products and strategies that create meaningful impact. When I went through the MBA application process myself, I realized that the most powerful applications aren’t just about impressive resumes, they’re about telling a clear, authentic story. The candidates who stand out are the ones who connect their experiences, values, and ambitions into a compelling narrative. That insight is what drives my coaching today, and I work with applicants to turn their experiences into thoughtful, strategic applications that admissions committees remember. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong dancer and creative storyteller. Dance has taught me discipline, expression, and how to move an audience, skills that surprisingly translate directly into crafting a compelling MBA application. My goal is to help each candidate present the most confident and authentic version of themselves as they pursue their next chapter.
