In this Career Strategy Sprint, we’ll work together over two focused sessions to refine your resume, sharpen your professional narrative, and clarify the roles you should be targeting. This package is designed for candidates who feel like they have strong experience but want help translating it into a clear, compelling candidacy. We’ll focus on positioning your background effectively, improving the impact and clarity of your resume, and developing a stronger story for how you present yourself to recruiters and hiring managers. By the end, you’ll have a clearer career strategy, a stronger resume, and a more confident narrative for pursuing the roles you want.
What's included
We’ll work together across two focused sessions. In the first session, we’ll step back and clarify your career strategy—what roles you should be targeting, how to position your background, and where your experience is strongest. I’ll review your resume and provide direct, practical feedback. Between sessions, you’ll revise based on our discussion, and in the second session we’ll refine the resume together, tighten your narrative, and make sure you’re presenting your experience in a clear and compelling way. I’m also happy to provide quick asynchronous feedback on updates between sessions.
