3-Month Leadership Coaching Intensive

This is a three-month leadership coaching intensive - we'll meet weekly for one hour to form a coaching relationship and begin tackling your specific leadership goals. I don't believe in offering leadership coaching with a specific "package" or "goal" in mind - I view coaching as an ongoing relationship-building exercise, where goals and progress are naturally woven into your ongoing evolution as a leader. This package will allow us to get to know each other over the course of 10 meetings / 3 months - these sessions will be entirely devoted to you, your background, your challenges, and where you hope to head next as a leader. Think of these as leadership therapy* - come in each week with a particular objective in mind, or just arrive with your week's baggage in hand and we can unpack it together.
