This package includes live, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, customized to help you take charge of your veterinary career—from your first job to whatever’s next. You’ll get a mix of strategic guidance, reflective conversation, and practical tools, all delivered in a warm, judgment-free space. We’ll kick off with a deep-dive discovery session, followed by the Energy Leadership Index Assessment—a research-backed tool that shows how you show up across all areas of your life. It’s a powerful way to gain insight into your default reactions and patterns, especially under stress, and it sets the foundation for real, sustainable change. I’m Julie... a leadership and life coach, former C-suite exec, entrepreneur, and mom of five in a beautifully blended family. I’ve spent my career building businesses, leading teams, and navigating the full complexity of work, family, and personal growth. I’ve climbed the ladder, earned the degrees, and checked all the boxes that were supposed to lead to fulfillment -- and then faced the uncomfortable truth that those achievements, while meaningful, weren’t the whole story. The hardest -- and most important -- thing I’ve had to learn is how to lead my own life. I’ve grappled with major life transitions, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and the challenge of defining success on my own terms. I understand the tension that comes with growth, identity shifts, and being pulled in many directions at once. That’s what shapes how I coach. My style is warm, direct, and deeply human.
