Problem-First AI Sprint: Build an AI-Assisted PM Workflow in 3 Sessions
Three 1:1 sessions over three to four weeks that take you from deciding where AI belongs to a working AI-assisted workflow you can reuse. Session 1, Audit: we map your product process, run your AI ideas through a problem-first filter, and choose where AI belongs. Session 2, Build: we build one AI-assisted workflow live with your real material, such as research synthesis, a PRD draft, or a prototype test plan. We use a template with built-in instructions and constraints, so the AI output is structured, complete, and easy to review. Session 3, Review: we check the results against the criteria we set, tighten the gates, define success metrics, and plan your next 30 days. This is for PMs who want a repeatable way of working with AI, not a one-off tip. Aspiring PMs can use a portfolio project or product idea in place of live work.
What's included
Before we start, you complete a short intake form so we work on your real context. Sessions are live working sessions over video. I bring a repeatable structure drawn from 20+ years of leading product teams for deciding where AI belongs and how to review what it produces. My examples use Claude, and the same approach works in any AI assistant. After the final session, you receive a written summary with your next steps.
- An audit and prioritization of the AI opportunities in your product process
- One AI-assisted workflow, built live with your own material and ready to reuse
- A reusable template with built-in instructions and review gates, adapted to your work (for example, a research brief, PRD, or analysis report)
- Success metrics for the workflow and a 30-day plan

Build AI Products hands-on with an expert
I help product leaders and teams build with AI, not just talk about it. I've spent 20+ years in B2B SaaS product, most recently as SVP of Product at Skillable, where I led a 75-person org, drove 110% NRR, and brought generative AI into our product development lifecycle. Before that I led product at Pluralsight (through its $2B acquisition), Canopy (tripled ARR two years running, scaled from 2 to 9 teams), and Instructure. Today I build AI products myself. I created ProductOS, a 14-agent AI-native product development framework now used by 500+ people, and toolaudit.ai, an AI tools comparison platform built on Next.js and Supabase. Working with me is hands-on. We'll pick a real problem from your roadmap or workflow and build it together: agent workflows, AI-assisted PRDs and discovery, prototyping with Claude Code, or a plan for putting AI into your team's PDLC. You'll leave with something working, not a slide deck.
