Break into Investment Banking or Consulting | Ex-Goldman Sachs & Deloitte

I bring 10 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity, including my role as an IBD Associate at Goldman Sachs and as Director of M&A at a sports-focused private equity firm. I also co-founded my own private equity fund, Harbor Street Capital, where I raised capital from investors, including traditional PE funds and family offices. At Goldman, I conducted over 150 interviews for Investment Banking analyst and associate positions and led training programs for new hires. I hold an MBA from NYU Stern and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. My tutoring approach focuses on two key areas: 1) helping students craft clear, thoughtful answers to common interview questions (e.g., "Why do you want to work in investment banking?", "Why do you want to work at this particular bank?", etc.), and 2) conducting mock interviews (including technical prep) with detailed feedback. I tailor my approach to each student, recognizing that everyone learns differently, and I adapt my methods to ensure I’m as helpful as possible. My goal is always to help students understand the underlying concepts rather than simply memorize answers. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with a wide range of students, including undergraduates, MBA candidates, and young professionals transitioning into finance. I’ve done extensive 1:1 mentoring and coaching, helping over 200 students, many of whom have secured positions at top firms such as Goldman, Evercore, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley. I’m passionate about mentoring and regularly volunteer with organizations like MLT to coach rising professionals. My aim is to build your confidence and equip you with the tools to succeed in your finance career.
