The Wharton Blueprint
Wharton Application Package A focused package designed to help you build a clear, cohesive Wharton application. We’ll work through your immediate, medium-, and long-term career goals and sharpen the why behind them so your motivation, direction, and professional north star come through clearly. We’ll also develop your Wharton contribution essay, identifying the experiences, perspectives, and strengths you’ll bring to your classmates and the broader community. Together, we’ll dig into specific Wharton resources—courses, clubs, centers, case competitions, conferences, and other opportunities—to show exactly why Wharton is the right next step for your goals and how you’ll actively contribute once you’re on campus. Throughout the process, we’ll make sure your essays reflect Wharton’s culture and values, including teamwork, collaboration, and community, while still sounding distinctly like you.

Wharton & Harvard MPA Grad | 150+ M7 Admits | Dual Degree Expert
Allie brings a deep admissions expertise to her coaching practice. Allie has helped candidates earn admission to the world’s leading MBA programs, including Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, Wharton, Chicago Booth, Kellogg, MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School, and Yale SOM. Her strength lies in finding the story beneath the résumé—identifying the experiences, motivations, and differentiators that make a candidate memorable and weaving them into a cohesive application. She has coached candidates across finance, private equity, consulting, healthcare, technology, real estate, and impact investing, and brings direct admissions experience as a writing coach and alumni interviewer for Penn. Allie works best with ambitious, highly coachable candidates who are receptive to candid feedback, move quickly between drafts, and are willing to push beyond the obvious answer. Her coaching is collaborative and iterative: she challenges candidates to take creative risks, dig deeper into their experiences, and build applications that are both authentic and distinctive. Professionally, Allie has worked across finance, consulting, and impact investing, with experience at Goldman Sachs, Boston Consulting Group, the Rockefeller University Endowment, Omidyar Network, and Jonathan Rose Companies. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
