Unlocking Hidden Opportunities: Skills to Thrive in Tech

This package is designed for the person I was a decade ago. With fifteen years of experience as an engineer, not in the majority, I know that the front door is not always available to you. With this coaching, I will help you find the open window instead. Are you not sure how to get the most interesting, visible projects? Are you sidelined in meetings and last in line for a promotion? Do you have dreams that a high-paying tech job can make happen but are unsure how to handle the stress? Let’s create a strategic plan to match your career to your values and immediate tactical steps to improve your day-to-day. The most frequent advice I hear when someone is stuck is to “get a new job.” However, you can often put in a ton of work and face the same challenges in a new office. Instead, let’s build the skills to navigate the common workplace challenges and those unique to you.
