The 90-Minute Session
Ninety minutes on one thing, done properly. Pick what you need when you book: Your story. Tell me about yourself, why banking, why this group. We build all three out of your actual background, cut what doesn't land, and run them until you say them the same way twice. A deal or a trend. Send me the deal you want to talk about beforehand. I research it and we work through the story, the numbers, the strategic rationale, and where you land on it. A mock interview. Run as the real thing: behavioral, your deal, technicals, your questions for me. No coaching while it happens. Then the debrief, and rapid fire on whatever broke. Sixty minutes is the abbreviated version of any of these, bookable as custom hourly.
What's included
Tell me which of the three you want when you book, and send anything relevant ahead of time. For the deal session that means the deal itself, so I can research it before we meet rather than read it in front of you. Direct feedback throughout.
- Whichever piece you booked, finished and rehearsed rather than half-drafted
- The follow-up questions it invites, and how you answer those
- A ranked list of what to fix next, down to the specific step you skip

I started in civil engineering, spent four years at Deloitte on cloud strategy, went to UChicago for an MBA and a master's in computer science, and recruited into investment banking. Along the way I worked on technology for the Olympic Games and built my own company, a prep platform for banking candidates that I still run. None of those moves were obvious from the outside. Each one took the same work: figuring out what the bar actually was, then getting specific about how to clear it. That is what I do with clients. I coach investment banking recruiting, and breaking into tech and AI. If you are switching tracks, I have made that switch more than once.
