Identify your gaps: full-length MBB interview diagnostic
The goal of this session is to provide you with a baseline of where your interviewing skills are at, and what it will take to close any gaps before interview day. I recommend prospective clients complete this diagnostic before purchasing time, so that we can gauge the volume and type of support you'll need before interview day. The session will entail the following: 1.5 HOUR LIVE SESSION: 1. Full-length mock interview (1 hour). We will run a complete interview where I will act like a standard MBB interviewer, and we will not "break the fourth wall." This will give you a feel for how interview day will go, and will give me a comprehensive understanding of both your skills and communication style. 2. Detailed feedback. After we finish the mock interview(s), I will give you specific feedback on each section, focusing on what your interviewer will be looking out for. 3. Planning. At the end of the session, I will give you my honest recommendation of what it will take to get your baseline performance to offer-ready. We can explore what coaching could look like together, and other resources that you can leverage. POST-SESSION After the session, I will share your personalized written feedback report. This will include detailed feedback on each section, inclusive of strengths and opportunities, with an emphasis on what feedback is most critical for you to focus on. This will serve as your comprehensive baseline of your performance that informs the rest of your prep.

Ex-McKinsey | 1,000+ Resumes Evaluated | Non-traditional candidates
As a child of immigrants - a Ukrainian mother and an Armenian refugee father - I understand what it's like to have high ambitions without institutional and generational knowledge. I also relate to the non-traditional experience: I joined McKinsey after completing a degree in engineering, with zero business experience. I decided I wanted to become a consultant because I love coaching, empowering others, and solving problems. My mission has always been to alleviate suffering. At McKinsey, I served clients on topics related to education, economic development, and social determinants of health. I was in the top 10% of business analysts, managed teams after 18 months, and was the McKinsey Center for Government Fellow in 2023. I also have supported 700+ individuals in crisis as a volunteer counselor at Crisis Text Line. My experiences have reaffirmed that I do my best work when I'm working with individuals 1-on-1 to help them overcome obstacles.
