PEI and Behavioral Mastery - Tiered Package
Most candidates handle cases fine but lose offers on the personal experience interview. This is where I specialize. We’ll catalog your experiences, identify the 6–8 stories that showcase your potential as an inspirational leader, refine each against the traits firms screen for (Connection, Drive, Leadership, Growth), and rehearse delivery until they land naturally. My role is to serve as a mirror to aid reflection, synthesize to help pick out key themes, and challenge you to be your best — your stories have to come from you, because authentic stories are the ones that work in real interviews. As a former hiring manager, I evaluated these exact stories on the other side of the table; as an ICF-certified coach, I help you uncover what makes you compelling. This is my specialty, and I'm one of the only coaches at Leland that leans into it. Packages are adjusted based on how far you are in your story development journey, with a comprehensive start-to-finish package priced at

I’ve always been interested in understanding how people think and make decisions, and have crafted a career around using that knowledge to help clients and individuals make confident decisions in challenging situations. As an ICF-certified coach, I work with early- and mid-career professionals on career transition, growth, and leadership development, including interview preparation. I find that many people approach these high-stress situations so blinded by anxiety they forget all the great and unique things they bring to the table; my role as a coach is to help people step back, reflect, and develop insight that allows them to meet their challenges with confidence. Prior to my time as a coach, I worked at McKinsey for seven years, where I worked at the intersection of Consumer and Private Equity, with a focus on due diligences and growth strategy. My approach to coaching centers around three core tenets: Serving as a mirror and playing back what I observe as you talk through the challenges you’re facing Synthesizing what I hear and see to help you develop insight on your thought processes, patterns, and motivations Using the insights developed to support you in crafting a course of action to tackle the challenge ahead of you Along the way, I use my knowledge of the consulting industry and interview process to help you sidestep common mistakes, develop resilience, and sharpen mindset to get you to the interview feeling ready to be at your best.
