Pivot & Position: 3-Role Resume Package

This package is designed to help you explore and prepare for multiple career paths by tailoring your resume to three distinct roles of your choice. Whether you’re pivoting industries, moving up in your current field, or testing out different job families, you’ll leave with role-specific resumes that position you as a strong candidate for each path. You will have three dedicated 1-hour coaching sessions, one for each role you choose. In each session, we will work together in Google Docs to edit your resume live. I will guide you through identifying transferable skills, reworking bullet points with strong action verbs, and aligning your experience with the requirements of the role. We will also ensure your resume reflects the right language and keywords so it resonates with recruiters and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Each session is focused on one role, so you will walk away with a polished, recruiter-ready version that speaks directly to that career path. After each session, you will receive a tailored resume specifically crafted for the role we focused on. Alongside this, I will provide you with a keyword mapping sheet that highlights the most critical terms and skills from the job description. This will give you a framework for understanding how to adjust your resume to future opportunities on your own. By the end of this package, you will have three tailored resumes aligned with your chosen roles, a clear strategy for positioning yourself across different career paths, and the knowledge to confidently adjust your resume for future applications.
