Interview Intensive
The Interview Intensive is a three-hour, deadline-driven prep session for MBA candidates with an interview days away. I review your resume and essays in advance so we spend zero time on intake and all of it on preparation that matters. What we cover: Profile triage — an honest, adcom-calibrated read on how your interviewer will see your candidacy and what they're likely to probe. Story spine — we lock in your four core narratives until they feel natural, not memorized. Career arc, personal anchor, strongest professional story, leadership example. Vulnerability mapping — we identify the two or three questions specific to your profile that could derail the interview, and work through exactly how to handle each one. Full mock interview — a complete 30-minute simulation at real interview pressure. School-specific questions. No stopping mid-answer. Live debrief — direct feedback on what landed, what needs sharpening, and what your delivery is doing that you can't see yourself. Written follow-up — your personal Interview Intensive brief delivered within 24 hours including debrief notes to re-read the morning of your interview.
What's included
My coaching is structured, honest, and built around your deadline. I come to every session having already reviewed your materials, so we spend our time making real progress — not catching up. And I'll always tell you what's working and what isn't, because that's where the value is.
- A school-specific mock interview with real feedback — a complete simulation built around your program and profile, so you know exactly how your answers land before the real thing.
- An honest vulnerability assessment — a direct read on what's coming and exactly how to handle it, from someone who has sat on the other side of the table.
- A written Interview Intensive brief — delivered within 24 hours. Re-read it in ten minutes the morning of your interview.

Ex-Columbia MBA Adcom | Craft Winning Applications & Ace Interviews
If you're applying to a top MBA program, you deserve to know exactly how admissions committees think — and I can give you that insider view. I spent years on the admissions committee at Columbia Business School and as a senior recruiter at Bain & Company, evaluating thousands of candidates. I know what makes applications stand out, and more importantly, what holds strong candidates back. My coaching is honest, strategic, and focused on helping you tell a clear, compelling story — not padding your résumé or gaming the system. To make our first conversation as valuable as possible, feel free to share your LinkedIn or resume, GPA, test scores, target schools, desired degree, and timeline. The more context you give me, the more specific I can be from the start. Looking forward to it!
