Lead Your Home with Calm and Clarity
This 15-hour coaching bundle is for dads who want steady support through a season of change or growth. It’s my most comprehensive package and works well for fathers looking for a deeper coaching relationship, not just quick help with one problem. It’s especially helpful if you’re dealing with ongoing stress, big changes at home or work, repeated relationship challenges, or if you want to lead your family with more calm, consistency, and purpose. With 15 hours of support, we have time to address both immediate challenges and the deeper patterns beneath them. This package supports reflection, practical strategy, real-world application, and continued refinement over time. Rather than trying to force change quickly, we can work in a thoughtful, steady, and responsive way to what is actually happening in your life as it unfolds. This package can be used to support areas such as: * Ongoing stress and emotional overload * Repeated communication challenges with a partner * fatherhood identity shifts and questions of how you want to lead * deeper reactive patterns that continue to affect family life * navigating a demanding or transitional season at work and at home * building a calmer, more grounded family presence over time You can expect: * 15 total coaching hours to use across multiple sessions * high-touch support across a longer season of growth or transition * space to work through both immediate issues and deeper recurring patterns * tailored tools, reflection, and strategy for real-life family moments * ongoing accountability, refinement, and support as you build lasting change This package is a great fit for dads who want ongoing support as they work on how they show up as fathers, partners, and family leaders over time.
What's included
My coaching style is calm, practical, and reflective. I help dads slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and build a more grounded way of leading and responding over time. I do not offer generic parenting advice or one-size-fits-all answers. My coaching is designed to meet clients where they are in their actual lives and help them create changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable. In this package, the process is designed to support long-term growth rather than just immediate relief. We begin by identifying the patterns, pressures, and family dynamics that are most important to address, then steadily build practical tools, deeper awareness, and more intentional responses. Because this package spans a longer period of time, we can adapt the coaching to what is unfolding in real life, revisit recurring issues with greater depth, and reinforce meaningful changes as they take root. My coaching is made just for dads and is based on both personal and professional experience. I’m a father myself, trained by the Jai Institute for Parenting, and have coached over 100 dads. With more than 20 years of leadership and communication experience, I offer coaching that truly understands the pressures dads face at work, at home, and within themselves.
- Clarity on both immediate challenges and deeper recurring patterns
- Practical tools for communication, regulation, and leadership at home
- More consistency in how they respond across real-life family situations
- Stronger habits and patterns that support a calmer home environment
- Real progress toward a more grounded, connected, and intentional presence over time

Helping dads lead at home with more calm, clarity, and connection
I’m a husband, a father, and the founder of Ready To Dad. My work focuses on fatherhood, personal growth, and everyday leadership. I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, and social impact, including time at LinkedIn and Pinterest. Becoming a father made me more interested in how people grow when life gets tough and how changes in identity affect how we lead, communicate, and connect with those closest to us. Over time, I felt a strong pull to help dads become more present and intentional at home. This journey inspired me to start Ready To Dad, where I help fathers handle real family moments with more calm, clarity, and connection.
