Getting into an MBA program you're genuinely excited about takes more than a polished resume and clean essays — it takes a clear, honest story about who you are and where you're going. I'm a Ross MBA and BCG alumna who has conducted admissions interviews across every application round for two years, and I've coached people through this process with a GPA that didn't fully represent them (I've been there) and backgrounds that took real work to frame. My coaching is built around your whole story, not just the application checklist. This package covers everything from your first brainstorm to your final submission. 1. Kickoff & Planning -Application roadmap: We'll build a custom timeline mapped to your target rounds so deadlines don't sneak up on you and you're never rushing the parts that matter most. -Deep background dive: A live session to surface the experiences, values, and inflection points that will form the foundation of your application narrative, including the parts that feel complicated. -Goals articulation: We'll sharpen your short- and long-term career vision and make sure it's grounded, specific, and connected to what you'll actually do with an MBA. 2. School Selection -Target list strategy: School fit assessment based on your profile, goals, program strengths, and where you'll thrive, not just where you think you should apply. -Positioning by school: For each target, we'll identify what makes you a strong fit and how to lean into it so your application is uniquely you and uniquely each school. -Reach/target/likely balance: Honest conversation about where you stand and how to structure a list that maximizes your options without spreading you too thin. 3. Resume Review -MBA resume transformation: Full revision into an achievement-forward, MBA-style format focused on impact, leadership, and progression, not just responsibilities. -Narrative alignment: Resume themes tied explicitly to your application story so every line is helping your candidacy. -Multiple rounds of edits: Asynchronous line-by-line feedback until it's done. 4. Story & Essay Development -Story Bank: We'll identify your best 5–8 stories together - not just the most impressive ones, but the most revealing ones - and make sure they're working across every essay and interview. -Essay strategy by school: For each application, we'll map what the adcom is actually looking for and build your angle in before you write a word. -Multiple rounds of feedback: Brainstorm → outline → draft → line-by-line edits, repeated until every essay is doing what it needs to do. No caps on revision rounds. 5. Recommender Strategy & Support -Recommender selection: We'll think through your full bench of strengths, risks, and the story each person can tell and land on the strongest combination. -Recommender prep package: A tailored prep doc for each recommender that makes it easy for them to write something specific and compelling, not generic. -Optional recommender review: If your recommenders share drafts with you, I can provide feedback to help strengthen the final letters. 6. Application Finalization -Activities, awards & honors: Work through the rest of the application form (e.g., extracurriculars, optional essays, additional information) so nothing is left on the table. -Scholarship positioning: Guidance on merit scholarship applications, including how to frame your profile and goals to maximize award potential. -Final submission review: A full read of your complete application before you hit submit, checking for consistency, cohesion, errors, and anything that doesn't land the way you intended. 7. Interview Preparation -Interview strategy: School-specific preparation for each interview, drawing on my two years as a Ross interviewer. -Mock interviews with debrief: Live practice sessions run the way real interviews run, followed by specific, actionable feedback on what to sharpen. 8. Post-Decision Support -Waitlist strategy (if applicable): If you're waitlisted, we'll build a targeted response plan: what to send, when, and how to make the strongest possible case for reconsideration. -Scholarship negotiation (if applicable): Strategic positioning to give you the best chance possible at making your #1 admit financially feasible

Live vs. async delivery: All coaching is delivered through a mix of live sessions and asynchronous feedback. Live calls are reserved for the higher-stakes, exploratory work (e.g., strategy sessions, story development, school selection, deep dives into your background). Written materials (e.g., resumes, essays, cover letters, behavioral stories) are reviewed asynchronously with detailed inline feedback. Interview prep and mock sessions happen live, though story review and written prep can happen offline as well. What you can expect from me: -Turnaround time: I return feedback within 24–72 hours on written materials, and often faster. If a deadline is pressing, let me know upfront and I'll prioritize accordingly. -Personalized coaching: I start every engagement by getting to know you as a whole person: your background, goals, what hasn't been easy to explain, and where you want to go. My coaching adapts to you, not the other way around. -Clear, direct feedback: I don't just flag what's working — I explain why, and I'll push you past surface-level answers when I know there's something stronger underneath. -Organization: All materials, feedback, and drafts are tracked in a shared Google Drive folder so you always know where things stand and nothing gets lost in email chains.

I started college convinced I was going to be a doctor until I realized I was a lot more interested in the systems around healthcare than the science behind it. That pivot led me to healthcare consulting, then to Ross for my MBA, where I went in looking for strategic depth, leadership reps, and the chance to think beyond healthcare, and came out ready to thrive at BCG with a much sharper sense of what I'm capable of. A lifelong curiosity has followed me throughout; as a kid I asked "why" so relentlessly that the adults around me were genuinely exhausted, and that hunger to understand has never really left. I bring it to my work, my career, and to every person I coach: getting into your story, finding your "why," and figuring out how to tell it in a way that actually lands. I believe the best coaching starts with understanding someone as a whole person, not just a resume or a case answer. I navigated my own MBA process with undiagnosed ADHD and a GPA that didn't tell the full story, and figuring out how to frame that honestly and powerfully changed everything for me. If something in your background feels complicated or hard to explain, that's exactly where I love to dig in. I'm a California girl living in Chicago, where the weather is a daily exercise in acceptance, but the city has genuinely won me over. Sports are a big part of my life - UCLA women's basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics; Michigan football; the 49ers - I'm drawn to the thrill of competition and the camaraderie that comes with it. I love cooking ambitious meals and hosting dinners, where watching friends from different parts of my life find each other became the best part. I've visited 40+ countries across six continents, am rarely more than ten feet from my dog Hazel, and recently turned a board game I invented as a ten-year-old into a vibe-coded online game. Creative projects, learning something new every day, and saying yes to things I haven't tried yet - these are what fuel me. Sounds like a good fit but having concerns on cost? Let's chat and see if we can work something out. Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before our session. Late changes and no-shows will forfeit 50% of the scheduled session time.
