PE Superday Prep: Final-Round Interview Coaching
Prepare specifically for the final stage of the private equity interview process, where the emphasis often shifts from pure technical competence toward investment judgment, communication, fit, and how you think under pressure. We’ll prepare for senior-level and partner interviews, deeper deal discussions, investment judgment questions, firm-specific questions, behavioral curveballs, technical follow-ups, and the different interviewing styles you may encounter throughout a Superday. We’ll also discuss the firm itself, your interviewers where appropriate, your positioning, questions to ask, and your overall strategy for the day. The package includes targeted preparation followed by realistic mock interviews and detailed feedback.
What's included
At this stage, I focus less on teaching from scratch and more on sharpening your performance. We’ll identify anything that could prevent a strong candidate from converting a final-round interview into an offer and address it directly. The goal is for you to walk into the Superday knowing your story, your deals, your technicals, and your investment opinions well enough that you can focus on having strong conversations.

I’m a former Investment Banker and Private Equity Vice President with experience investing in high-growth software, AI and technology companies, including working on an investment in a company now valued at $5 billion. My PE experience spanned the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence to financial modeling, deal execution, and portfolio company strategy. My path into private equity wasn’t seamless. I spent close to a year interviewing before breaking in, so I understand firsthand how challenging and frustrating the process can be. Over time, I learned that success goes beyond knowing the technicals—you need to understand how investors think, communicate with conviction, and know what interviewers are actually assessing. I bring experience from both sides of the table and provide direct, practical coaching across IB and PE interviews, technicals, LBOs, case studies, deal discussions, and recruiting strategy.
