What's included
Prior to our session, I'd like you to provide your resume and any other application materials that may be helpful, ie. MBA admissions essays. I will review and identify the examples that I think will best demonstrate what McKinsey is looking for. We will use our time together, to align on the examples, format them to a tried and true framework, and practice delivery, tailoring as we go. This Deep Dive is designed as two 1-hour sessions: Session 1: Example Mining & Framework Fitting We’ll identify your strongest examples, align them to McKinsey’s PEI model, and craft each story arc for maximum impact. Session 2: Mock Interview Practice & Feedback You’ll practice delivering your refined examples in a realistic mock interview, receiving real-time feedback and coaching. While we recommend spacing the sessions out to allow for practice and integration, we understand timelines can be tight. If you’re in a crunch, we can condense the material into a single power-packed 2-hour session covering example selection, framework fitting, mock practice, and feedback.
