First Sip — A Real Beginning

First Sip is a one-on-one coaching experience for women who have spent a long time holding everything together and need space to hear themselves again. This three-session experience is designed as a thoughtful beginning — a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters now. Many women arrive here during periods of transition: leadership demands, caregiving, burnout, personal change, or simply the feeling that life no longer fits the way it once did. Our conversations are reflective, grounded, and paced to meet you where you are. Rather than pushing for quick answers, we create space for clarity, self-awareness, and meaningful progress. How we’ll work together: • Three one-on-one coaching sessions over three weeks • Sessions are conversational, reflective, and tailored to your current season • Optional reflection prompts or simple practices may be shared between sessions if helpful First Sip is well-suited for women looking for a real starting point — without pressure, performance, or the expectation of having everything figured out.
What's included
My coaching is relational, reflective, and grounded in deep listening. Sessions are spacious and thoughtful, creating room for what is present rather than rushing toward solutions. We explore what feels important, what may have been overlooked, and what is asking for attention now. I work through conversation, reflection, and gentle pattern recognition. Rather than following a rigid process or offering quick answers, I support clients in hearing themselves more clearly and moving toward insight-led change that feels realistic and sustainable. Sessions are live and conversational. Between sessions, I may share reflection prompts, simple worksheets, or awareness practices when helpful. This work is designed for depth, clarity, and self-leadership — not performance, pressure, or having everything figured out.
- Greater clarity around what feels “off” — and what may be contributing to it.
- Space to reconnect with personal priorities, needs, and what matters now.
- More confidence in self-led decisions and less second-guessing.
- A clearer understanding of current challenges, patterns, and next steps.
- A thoughtful starting point for meaningful change and future growth.

Mridula P.
Helping women rebuild confidence and leadership after burnout, caregiving,
I coach accomplished women navigating career and purpose crossroads. Often, they’re the ones others rely on, yet they’re finding it harder to know what they want for themselves. I help them trust their own judgment, work through difficult decisions, and take steps that fit their lives. I’m Mridula, a life and resilience coach and the founder of Coach Me Life. My own path has taken several unexpected turns. I began as an interior designer in Chennai, riding my scooter to work with a head full of ideas. My parents encouraged my experiments, even when I cut the legs off a perfectly good sofa and made it spectacularly uncomfortable. After my father had a heart attack, I stepped into his stockbroking office and became one of the few women on the Madras Stock Exchange trading floor. Life later brought me to the United States, where I became a professional storyteller in public libraries, raised my son as a single mother, and spent years working in public schools. Across changes in work, family, and place, I learned how easily our own wishes can become harder to hear when we’re busy responding to what life requires. Those experiences shaped my interest in resilience and eventually led me to professional coaching. They bring perspective to my work, while your experience and priorities guide our conversations. You may be reconsidering your career, finding your footing after caregiving or divorce, or realizing that a life you’ve worked hard to build needs to change. Together, we look at what matters to you now, the patterns influencing your choices, and what you’re ready to do next. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and client-led. I offer space to think honestly, questions that help you see more clearly, and support as you put your decisions into practice.
