Pivot Sprint
This is for you if you've decided to make a move and want to go from "I think I want out" to interviews you're ready for, in six weeks. Before we start: - An intake form and my Values Inventory quiz, so the first session starts with substance, not small talk. - Send me your résumé and LinkedIn as they are today. Session 1 · Direction (60 min): we name your target roles and industries and why they fit you. You leave with a short target list and the story of your pivot in two sentences. Between sessions: I mark up your résumé and LinkedIn line by line, with what to cut, what to rewrite, and why. Session 2 · Story (60 min): we rewrite your résumé bullets and LinkedIn headline and About around your new direction, so every line points at where you're going instead of where you've been. Session 3 · Search (60 min): we build your target company list and an outreach plan (who to contact, what to say, and a follow-up rhythm). I'll show you how to use AI tools to research companies, tailor materials, and prep for conversations in a fraction of the time. Session 4 · Interviews (60 min): we practice your pivot story and the five or six questions you're most likely to get, out loud, with direct feedback. Throughout the six weeks: - Message me with quick questions between sessions; I reply within two business days. - Each session ends with one or two concrete tasks, so the sprint keeps moving. You'll leave with: - A clear direction and target list - A résumé and LinkedIn rewritten for the move - Outreach templates and a company tracker - Your pivot story, practiced and ready
What's included
I've made the moves you're weighing: sales at P&G, Wharton, BCG, then sideways into AI. I bring those stories in when they help. Each session ends with one or two things to do before the next one, so the sprint keeps moving. I'm direct about what's working and what isn't, and I'll tell you when you're confusing motion with progress. This is a mixed delivery format (4 live sessions + async reviews and messages between sessions)
