You’ll work directly with me through four private 60-minute video sessions, typically over four to six weeks. The package also includes two hours of preparation, resume review, and written feedback. Before our first session, send your resume, target roles, recruiting timeline, and biggest concerns. I’ll use these to focus our work on the areas most relevant to your search. Our sessions follow a practical progression: 1. YOUR STORY AND POSITIONING We refine your resume, practice your background walkthrough, and develop a convincing explanation of why investment banking and why your target roles. 2. TECHNICAL PREPARATION We work through financial statements, valuation, DCF analysis, and transaction questions. You’ll explain answers aloud, respond to follow-up questions, and learn the reasoning behind the concepts. 3. MOCK INTERVIEW AND DEAL DISCUSSION We simulate an interview and practice discussing a transaction, company, or relevant project. You’ll receive specific feedback on accuracy, structure, confidence, and delivery—and practice improving your answers. 4. NETWORKING AND NEXT STEPS We sharpen your target list, outreach messages, and follow-up approach. We also revisit remaining weaknesses and establish a focused preparation plan. My style is direct, supportive, and interactive. Expect to spend much of our time practicing, explaining your thinking, and applying feedback. Between sessions, you’ll complete targeted exercises based on the gaps we identify. I bring experience from Merrill Lynch investment banking, investing, public-company boards, and teaching. I’ll help you connect technical knowledge to how bankers evaluate businesses and communicate with clients. Where there is a relevant relationship and I can confidently recommend you, I may make a personal introduction or referral within my network. These depend on your readiness, fit, and the contact’s availability; introductions and employment outcomes are not guaranteed. You’ll leave with stronger interview answers, clearer positioning, written feedback, and a practical plan for continuing your search.

  • A stronger resume and a concise, credible explanation of your background and goals.
  • Improved answers to core investment banking technical and behavioral questions.
  • A target-firm list, personalized outreach messages, and a practical follow-up plan.
  • Consideration for relevant personal introductions or referrals when fit, readiness, and relationship availability support them.
