MBB mock interview + detailed feedback
MBB interviews are rigorous, but they’re also consistent and coachable when you understand what’s being tested and how to communicate your thinking. In this 90-minute mock interview, you’ll go through a full MBB-style session, including a real case used in actual interviews and a behavioral portion. While standard interviews typically last 60min, we’ll use the extra 30min to dive deep into feedback, mindset shifts, and actionable next steps. Whether you're applying as a pre-MBA Associate / Business Analyst or a post-MBA Consultant / Associate, this session is designed to help you understand what MBB firms really look for, and how to highlight your strengths with structure and confidence. You’ll be prepping with a former BCG Project Leader and interviewer, but the skills, tools, and insights you gain will be fully applicable across McKinsey, BCG, and Bain (and other top consulting firms). This is as close as it gets to the real thing, with actual case content and feedback tied to the rubric dimensions used by top firms. Hi, I’m Diego. Originally from Lima, Peru, where I started my consulting career at a boutique firm before joining BCG as a founding member of the Lima office. That early experience gave me unique exposure to interviewing and recruiting, which has shaped how I coach today. After earning my MBA from Kellogg, I transitioned to BCG in the U.S., living in Chicago and now Denver, Colorado. My path has been all about connecting with people, whether through project work, recruiting, or coaching aspiring consultants across US and Latin America. Outside of work, you’ll find me running, playing tennis (or watching), hiking, skiing, scuba diving, or enjoying electronic music (listening and currently learning the arts of production!)
