Your Complete MBA / MS Positioning Playbook
How I Can Help 1. Strategic Positioning & School Fit Admissions is about alignment. I help you identify programs where your background, goals, and trajectory make sense — and where the school is uniquely positioned to accelerate you. We’ll clarify why this school, why now, and why you. 2. Personal Narrative Development I approach your application the way I would position a company in a sell-side process: highlight durable strengths, contextualize weaknesses, and craft a cohesive story that makes decision-makers confident. This includes framing career transitions, addressing gaps, and sharpening your long-term vision. 3. Essays & Resume Optimization Structural feedback and program-specific / career-specific tailoring. We’ll ensure your materials are clear, differentiated, and aligned with each school’s values and strengths. 4. Recommender Strategy Guidance on selecting recommenders and equipping them to reinforce your narrative in a credible, complementary way. 5. Interview Preparation Mock interviews with direct, strategic feedback — focused on clarity, confidence, and school-specific positioning. 6. Application Strengthening Roadmap If you’re early in the process, I’ll help you identify ways to meaningfully strengthen your candidacy — from leadership initiatives to targeted experiences — and show you how to present them effectively. 7. Timeline and Application Management Like sell-side advisors, we'll set deadlines for each application item or milestone, from beginning through acceptance, and compare your progress against a tracker tailored to you.

Booth MBA | Ex-IB | From Pitching Founders to Positioning Applicants
Welcome! I am currently an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned my Bachelor of Business Administration with highest honors from the Red McCombs School of Business at UT Austin. In my professional work across investment banking, private equity, and strategic finance, I’ve advised on transactions involving businesses valued in the millions. Every company has complexity — differentiated strengths; gaps, which are really just areas of ongoing development; and untapped potential. My role has been to help leadership teams articulate a clear, compelling narrative that highlights durable value and builds conviction with sophisticated buyers. I bring the same strategic lens to MBA admissions. Strong applications aren’t about perfection — they’re about clarity, positioning, and helping decision-makers understand why you already belong. I particularly enjoy working with applicants pursuing careers in business or finance, though I help candidates from all backgrounds move beyond resume bullets and develop thoughtful, authentic stories about motivation and impact. My focus isn’t just essay polishing; it’s helping you articulate a narrative that explains your past, shows intentionality in the present, and convincingly points to your future — all while remaining true to who you are. I’d be excited to work together.
