Career Pivot Roadmap
For a deliberate, well-structured transition (not a leap in the dark). Over roughly two to three months we build you a considered plan for your next chapter, with particular care where you're moving toward more meaningful or purposeful work. We work through it in stages: getting honest about what you want and what's driving the change; mapping the realistic options and what each would ask of you; testing them against your circumstances, values and constraints; and sequencing the concrete moves - inclusing skills, conversations, experiments, timelines - that turn a direction into a plan. Throughout, I bring a strategist's structure and an external perspective that constructively challenges the patterns that may not be serving you. I capture our work in a written roadmap you keep. You'll leave with clarity on where you're heading and a sequenced, realistic plan for getting there - a plan you've stress-tested rather than just hoped for.

Hi there! I help people find clarity and move deliberately: in their careers, their communication, and the bigger transitions of life. Along my journey I've qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a Big 4 firm, earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Oxford, grew a consultancy from 9 to over 24 people, trained as a Systems Thinking Practitioner, and built my own practice in a new country. I've also come through my own hard chapters — burnout, loss, and the slow work of rebuilding around what truly matters — and I bring both that lived perspective and a strategist's structure to our work together.
