Family Reset Intensive

This coaching intensive is designed for moms who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. Rather than giving you generic parenting advice or another routine to follow, we'll identify the highest-leverage opportunities to create meaningful change in your home. Together we’ll: - Clarify your vision for your family - Identify what's creating the biggest friction - Build proactive strategies around your highest priorities - Create an implementation plan your family can actually sustain
What's included
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all parenting advice. I ask thoughtful questions, help you identify root causes rather than surface problems, and tailor every recommendation to your family's values, goals, and current season of life. My coaching combines leadership principles with practical parenting so that every strategy connects back to the kind of family you're ultimately trying to build.
- A clear vision for your family
- Immediate strategies to reduce overwhelm
- Personalized action plan

Ivana E.
Helping moms apply leadership principles to build self-sustaining families.
I'm an educator, leadership coach, and mom of four who has spent the last 14 years helping people accomplish ambitious goals through strong leadership, clear strategy, and meaningful relationships. Throughout my career, I've served as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, Head of Schools, and now an instructional coach supporting school and district leaders. Whether I'm coaching executives, educators, or moms, my work is grounded in the same belief: lasting results come from starting with a compelling vision, narrowing priorities, building alignment, and leading people in ways that inspire genuine commitment rather than simple compliance. Outside of work, my favorite (and most challenging) leadership role is at home with my husband and our four kids. Many of the principles I teach leaders are the same ones my family practices every day—because leadership isn't just a skill for the workplace. It's a way of building teams, cultures, and relationships that thrive together.
