Hi! I'm Dele, a Director of Digital Partnerships & Programming Strategy at NBC Sports and a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Before business school, I built my career in customer success and business development before pivoting into Comcast NBCUniversal's Rotational Leadership Program. Through four rotations spanning strategy, operations, business development, I developed a broad and global perspective on how large organizations recruit, develop, and promote talent. Today, I help prospective MBA students navigate the admissions process and coach MBA students pursuing careers beyond the traditional consulting and investment banking paths.
