In addition to working in MBA admissions consulting for 15+ years, I have significant industry experience (consulting, strategy, advertising). I began my admissions consulting career at one of the top firms in the industry: mbaMission. I currently co-own MBA Pathfinders and am a member of AIGAC - an organization which provides direct access to MBA Admissions Directors at the top MBA programs in the US and abroad. I’ve consulted with hundreds of MBA clients, guiding them to coveted admissions - often with scholarships - to the most selective US and International MBA programs. My goal is to advise candidates on this transformative experience, help demystify the admissions process, enable candidates to communicate experiences effectively, and act as a sounding board from end-to-end.

  • Learn about the different types of MBA interviews
  • Gain a solid of behavioral interviewing
  • Create five - six solid behavioral answers that will address almost any question
  • Engage in a school-specific mock interview including tips / questions proprietary to the specific school

Professional Admissions Consulting + Industry Expertise = Your MBA Dream MBA Pathfinders was founded on the premise that helping candidates succeed in their MBA journey requires both a strong understanding of the MBA admission process as well as a keen knowledge of how businesses operate in today’s environment. My co-founder and I met 15 years ago at one of the best-known professional admissions consulting companies where we both received extensive training. We took that knowledge; we decided what worked and what didn’t; and we developed our own methodology. Though our careers are focused on MBA admissions, we both recognize the importance of industry knowledge. Developing an MBA application isn’t just about writing essays – it’s about charting your professional course to develop a compelling story. I have over 15 years of experience helping hundreds of candidates gain admission to the top US and European MBA programs. I am a member of AIGAC (Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants) - an industry association which ONLY accepts professional consultants. I attend conferences and webinars with Deans of Admission at the top MBA programs to discuss trends in admissions, how essays reflect a given school’s needs, candidate concerns with the overall process, and the role of AI in admissions. Finally, I provide strategy consulting services to Fortune 500 companies during the “off-season” to keep myself abreast of the latest industry trends. I received my B.A. from Smith College and my MBA from Columbia Business School. My latest reviews can be found on Poets & Quants: https://poetsandquants.com/consultant/pamela-jaffe/
